30 days to try DayFinch
A new community starts one 30-day Community Plus trial when its owner creates it. No card is needed and nothing is charged. A community created before trials existed can start its trial from Account (owner only). When paid plans open, checkout shows the amount and the first charge date before anything is confirmed. After a free trial ends, saved work stays available to read, print and export.
One center, individual accounts
Each plan covers one center. Home includes 1 account and one group; Community includes 15 accounts and one group; Community Plus includes 15 accounts and up to 6 groups. The main group and the owner’s account count toward these limits. Saved work stays available if a plan is reduced. The cardholder, billing name and invoice email can be different from the people using DayFinch.
Payment problems
After a failed payment you have 14 days to update the payment method; then the community becomes read-only. Resolving the payment restores access. A failed payment alone never deletes community data.
After cancellation
Access continues until the end of the period you paid for. After that, the community keeps read-only access and export for 90 days. The owner is emailed before any deletion.
Existing communities
No existing community is charged or put into a trial by an update. Paid plans always start with an explicit checkout.
