Your free trial
Your first 30 days are free and need no card. Nothing is charged when the trial ends; choose a plan if you want to keep creating and saving.
After the trial
Subscription payments are non-refundable, including partial months or years and unused time, except where the law requires a refund.
How to cancel
Open Plan & billing and choose Manage card, invoices & cancellation. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then it does not renew. Your saved work stays available to read and export for 90 days after that.
Refunds required by law
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle reviews refund requests under its Buyer Terms. Consumers in some countries have a legal right to cancel and get a refund, for example within 14 days in the European Union and the United Kingdom. Where such a right applies, it is honored.
Billing mistakes
If you were charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, tell us or reply to your Paddle receipt and we will correct it.
