Activity teams in senior living communities. Activities include group sessions and individual visits, with support and duration options where available. Staff choose an appropriate activity with participants using their community's usual support arrangements.
Participant phones are not required. Many activities work with paper or conversation alone. Supported screen activities can display the same saved game materials; check the activity's setup and supplies to choose the option that fits your room.

It is printed at the bottom of every page and ties together the materials that belong together, such as bingo cards and their caller order. Reprinting the same kit gives you the same materials. Keep pages with the same kit code together, and when you change the setup, print the pages the update lists.
Edit the saved preparation and review the updated kit. DayFinch shows which previously printed pages can stay and which need replacing when that comparison is available. For supported bingo revisions, existing cards and the caller order are preserved when you add participants.
Yes. Invite teammates with the access appropriate to their work. Each person uses their own account, and roles control what they can see or change. If two people edit the same information, DayFinch helps them resolve the conflicting changes.
You can download a prepared day while online and use the supported activities and recording tools in that file without a connection. Export the progress and import it when you reconnect. Downloading a day is different from having the entire app available offline.
