Lead confidently when the plan changes
For Garden Path Bingo, add people to a prepared kit while keeping the existing cards and the caller order. Review the printing update before using the revised kit.
Open the saved session
Find the session you prepared. Check its current group size, length and screen setting before making a change. If DayFinch says it has been replaced, open the revised kit.
Change only what is different
Update the setup to match the room. For Garden Path Bingo, adding people to the prepared kit keeps the existing cards and the call order while adding the cards you need. Check the revised guide if you also change the length or support option.
Review the printing update
If you already requested a printed kit, DayFinch compares the new preparation with that earlier version. Follow the keep, replace and print instructions. The page count depends on your activity and changes; a new layout may require replacing more pages.
Give the facilitator the current version
Use the revised kit and its matching materials. The simple facilitator view brings together the starting instructions, supplies and session steps. Put replaced pages aside so they cannot be mixed into today's kit.
Save the stopping point
If a supported screen activity is interrupted, pause and save. If the encounter ends before the activity does, record it as partial. When continuing later, use the continuation option so the earlier record and the saved game progress stay distinct.
