Yes. One person can create or adapt activities, prepare kits, save sessions, schedule, print and record what happened. Team collaboration starts with Community.
A group has its own usual participants, room and activity preferences. Your main group counts as one. Community Plus lets you organize up to six groups and view their calendars separately or together.
No. Community and Community Plus each include up to 15 individual accounts at one center. The owner is included in that total. Billing-only access does not use an activity-team seat.
Your saved work and existing groups are preserved. If you are above the new limit, you cannot add more groups or team accounts. Home includes one account; remove extra teammates and withdraw invitations before choosing it.
These plans cover one center. Each center keeps its own workspace and subscription. A combined multi-site offer is not available yet.
