Prepare a week your team can use
Start with the calendar, confirm each session’s setup and review supplies and print lists. Give each facilitator the current kit.

Choose your starting point
Use a dated monthly program as a starting point, or add activities to your calendar. Review the proposed activities before applying a program. You can change the plan to suit your community.
Review the week as a whole
Look at timing, activity variety and the preparation notes. Check rooms and facilitators so two activities do not rely on the same person or space at the same time. Decide which individual visits belong in the week.
Prepare the sessions you will run
Confirm participants, length, support and screen use for each session. The day or week preparation tools bring the kits together. Review supplies and page counts before sending the packet to the printer.
Share a plan people can read
Use the wall-calendar preview for your chosen paper size. If a month needs an agenda or larger paper, follow the preview's guidance. Give each facilitator the current kit or session link; access still depends on their account permissions.
Use the week's experience next time
Record completed, partial and cancelled sessions, with attendance counts where known. Review the monthly summary and next-time notes. When carrying a pattern forward, review seasonal activities and conflicts before applying it.
