Prepare your first activity kit
Choose an activity, set the group size and time, then review the guide, printable pages and supplies before printing.

Choose an activity for today
Open an activity and read its short description. Choose something that fits the time available and the ways people want to take part. For a first look, try Garden Path Bingo or the ten-minute One Question Each visit.
Tell DayFinch what you need
Set the number of participants, session length, support option and whether you will use a screen. Check the guide and the materials before saving. You do not need to finish setting up your whole community first.
Check what to print and what to bring
The kit lists its printed pages separately from supplies you bring from the room. Read both lists. For a game, keep the cards and caller materials with the same kit code together: that code identifies the matching materials.
Print and take a quick look
Use the packet's paper size and check the print preview. After printing, confirm that the guide and participant materials are complete and readable from the place each person will use them. Opening the print window does not confirm that the printer finished.
Lead, then leave a useful note
Follow the guide's preparation checks and steps. Use the matching screen activity when available, or the paper instructions. Afterwards, record what happened and one useful adjustment for next time. Leave resident names and health information out of notes.
